If products are purchased at another store, you need to contact the place you purchased for resolution.
Once an item is shipped, it is beyond our control. We can not cancel an order that has been shipped. If there is a shipping issue, you will need to contact UPS or USPS.
If an order is cancelled, there will be a 25% restocking fee.
Our products are made in a facility where cross contamination can occur. Our facility does use tree nuts and butters.
