Refund & Return Policy

The short version: if your order arrives damaged, melted, or just isn’t right — email us within 30 days and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. We can’t accept returns of used personal-care products for health reasons.

Damaged or wrong items

Email a photo of the issue to beehivebodyco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or refund the order — no need to ship the damaged item back.

Unopened, unused items

If you change your mind, you can return unopened items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost (shipping is non-refundable). Email us first so we can issue a return label and refund once we receive the package.

Used items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used bars, balms, scrubs, bath bombs, or lip products — even if barely used. If a product caused a skin reaction, please contact us; we’ll work with you case-by-case.

Melted shipments

Tallow balms and lip products can soften during summer shipping. A softened jar that resets in the fridge is still good to use. If a product arrives clearly melted and unrecoverable, we’ll replace it at no charge.

Classes & kits

Class reservations are refundable up to 48 hours before the class. After that, we can move you to a future date but cannot refund. Kits follow the standard product policy above.

How to start a return

  • Email beehivebodyco@gmail.com with your order number and what happened (photos help).
  • We respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
  • Refunds post within 5–7 business days of approval.
