Who we are
BeeHive Body Co. is a small-batch maker of bath, body, and balm products operating out of New Castle, Indiana. Everything you order is made by hand by us, usually within a few days of you placing it.
Orders & pricing
- Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order if a listed price was clearly wrong.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy — we accept once we ship it. Until then, we can decline or refund without penalty.
- Sales tax is collected where required by law.
- We re-batch products as they sell out. If something on your order goes out of stock, we'll contact you to swap it or refund that line.
Handmade variation
Color, scent strength, and texture vary slightly from batch to batch. Bars may have soft edges or surface flecks; balms may set firmer in winter and softer in summer. This is what handmade looks like, not a defect.
Allergies & skin sensitivity
Every product page lists ingredients. If you have known allergies or reactive skin, read them carefully and patch-test before full use. Our products are not medicine and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
Account & conduct
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Don’t use the site to scrape, resell, or do anything illegal. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Intellectual property
The BeeHive name, logo, photography, and copy are ours. You’re welcome to share product photos on social media (please tag us!) but not to use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to what you paid for that order. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
