Beard Balm & Oil
Two ways to keep your beard looking intentional.
The Beard Oil conditions, hydrates, and tames while being lightweight enough to double as a styling agent and gentle on the skin underneath.
The Beard Balm is a beeswax-based blend that shapes and softens without the crunch. Perfect for hold and moisture in one step.
Not sure which to start with? Oil alone handles daily softness and the skin underneath; reach for the Balm too when you want visible shape and hold. Most guys end up using both.
Can't decide?
The Duo gives you both in your favorite scent for $30. IFRA-certified fragrance, ethically sourced ingredients, no bad preservatives.
Both start from the same ingredients as the rest of the BeeHive line — grass-fed tallow, real essential oils, no synthetic fragrance — just reformulated with beeswax and argan oil specifically for facial hair and the skin underneath it, plus vitamin E for extra conditioning. A little goes a long way with the balm: work a dab between your fingertips to melt it first, then comb it through with your fingers or a beard brush rather than piling it on. For a full routine, apply the oil first on clean, slightly damp skin right after washing — that's when it absorbs fastest — then follow with balm if you want visible shape and hold that lasts through the day.

Common questions about beard care
What's the difference between beard oil and beard balm?
Beard oil is a thin, absorbing liquid that conditions the hair and the skin underneath it. Beard balm is thicker, with a wax base for hold and shape. Most guys end up using both — oil for conditioning, balm for styling and taming flyaways — rather than picking one over the other.
Are these actually different from your regular line, or just repackaged?
The base ingredients — grass-fed tallow, real essential oils, no synthetic fragrance — are the same across everything we make. What's different here is the scent profile and a few grooming-specific formulas, like beard balm and beard oil, that don't exist anywhere else in the catalog.
Will the beard balm or oil leave my skin greasy?
No — both are formulated to absorb rather than sit on top as a film. Beard oil is a thin liquid meant to soak in; beard balm has more hold from its wax content but works in with your fingers, not as a heavy coating.
Can women use products from this line?
Sure — nothing here is formulated differently for men specifically, it's really about scent. If you like a bolder, less floral profile, this is that; there's no functional reason it's off-limits to anyone else.
